'We have been lost to each other for so long. My name means nothing to you. My memory is dust. This is not your fault, or mine. The chain connecting mother to daughter was broken and the word passed to the keeping of men, who had no way of knowing…And now you come to me...you come hungry for the story that was lost. You crave words to fill the great silence that swallowed me, and my mothers, and my grandmothers before them. I wish I had more to tell of my grandmothers. It is terrible how much has been forgotten, which is why, I suppose, remembering seems a holy thing.” (The Red Tent, Anita Diamant).

Deep inside each woman are memories of the sacred feminine mysteries which were once our birthright. A moonlodge is a sacred space in which women can once again come together to call back what has been forgotten. Through ceremony, story, myth, dance, song and creativity we will remember the sacredness of being female, connecting to one another and the collective feminine and celebrate each woman present and her story.
