Gong Bath - chanting and gonging. Relax and unwind to the magical sound of the gongs.
Fri 24th February, 7-9pm at Albany Hall, Haverfordwest
45 mins of chanting followed by 45 minute gong bath.

Bring something to lie on, a blanket and pillow so you can be really comfortable.
