Please contact alexandra@westwalestherapies.com to book a slot. www.westwalestherapies.com Thai massage originated in India and its yoga traditions and has been enjoyed in Thailand for over two and a half thousand years. The treatment is carried out fully clothed on a futon mat. Palm and thumb pressure, along with yoga stretches, are used to release blocks in the 10 main energy channels of the body. By freeing the flow of prana circulation is improved, organs are energised, flexibility is improved and pain is reduced. |
