INTRODUCTION TO CENTERING PRAYER
Saturday 28 January 10 – 4 in St Mary’s Hall, Fishguard
This day will cover the basics of the method of Contemplative Prayer known as ‘Centering Prayer’.
From a classical Christian perspective, contemplation is thought of as “the narrow way that leads to life”—one of simplicity, solitude, silence, and the willingness to surrender to the presence and action of God within. This day will introduce the theory and practice, with follow-on sessions to consolidate it for those who would like to. Led by Don & Jayne MacGregor and Elizabeth Daniels.
