YOGA AND THE ART OF DYING

A day exploring the practice of yoga, meditation and the art of death and dying. This is an opportunity to practice yoga, engage in meditation, compassionate discussions and a heart to heart dialogues.

The seminar will be led by our special guest Swami Krishnapremananda from the Mandala Yoga Ashram near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire

Swami Krishnapremananda has been living, practising, serving and teaching in the Mandala ashram since 1997. He is a senior resident teacher and director of the ashram’s yoga teacher training course (link is external). He regularly teaches both within and locally to the ashram and further afield on many aspects of yoga, for example, Mudra, Bandha, Chakras, Koshas, Meditation, Pranayama and the yogic texts such as the Bhagavad Gita and Vigyana Bhairava Tantra.

All Proceeds will go to the Paul Sartori Foundation (Hospice at Home Service)
